Free life skills checks and printables for parents

What these free tools do

Our free tools help parents notice patterns in everyday behaviour — focus, time management, confidence, communication and friendships — using short, observable statements. They are parent-led and take a few minutes.

Printable resources such as routine charts and conversation prompts can be used at home or shared with a teacher.

Educational, not clinical

These tools are not diagnostic tests and cannot identify ADHD, anxiety, learning difficulties or any other condition. If you are worried about your child, please speak to a paediatrician, school counsellor or qualified mental-health professional.

Common questions

How do I teach time management to kids?
