2. Service Description

LeadXkids provides online educational content focused on behavioral and leadership skills for children aged 7-12 years. Our platform offers self-paced learning modules, interactive activities, and progress tracking.

3. Account Registration and Use

Parents or legal guardians must create accounts on behalf of children. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Supervise your child's use of the Platform
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Membership and Payment

LeadXkids operates on a membership basis with quarterly and annual plans. By getting a membership, you agree to:

• Automatic renewal of your membership until cancelled
• Charges to your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice
• No refunds for partial membership periods unless stated in our Refund Policy

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. No credit card is required during the trial. If you choose to get a membership after the trial, you will be charged according to the selected plan.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, videos, courses, logos, and software, is the property of LeadXkids and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without written permission
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Use automated systems to access or scrape content
• Share your account credentials with non-household members

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws including COPPA and GDPR-K.

9. Limitation of Liability

LeadXkids provides educational content "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Educational outcomes or behavioral changes
• Technical issues, interruptions, or data loss
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Third-party content or links

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of membership fees
• Upon your request to cancel

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be notified via email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
